Cancellation Policy

Definitions “Booking” means a scheduled consultation or onsite visit. “Start time” is the time on your confirmation. Cancellations 48 hours or more before start time: no charge and any deposit is fully refundable. Less than 48 hours before start time: a 20% cancellation fee applies. Any remaining prepaid amount is refunded to the original payment method. Reschedules 48 hours or more before start time: free, subject to calendar availability. Less than 48 hours before start time: a 20% rescheduling fee applies. The new date and time are confirmed after the fee is collected. How to cancel or reschedule? Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exceptions We may waive fees for verified emergencies at our discretion.
