Cancellation Policy
Definitions “Booking” means a scheduled consultation or onsite visit. “Start time” is the time on your confirmation. Cancellations 48 hours or more before start time: no charge and any deposit is fully refundable. Less than 48 hours before start time: a 20% cancellation fee applies. Any remaining prepaid amount is refunded to the original payment method. Reschedules 48 hours or more before start time: free, subject to calendar availability. Less than 48 hours before start time: a 20% rescheduling fee applies. The new date and time are confirmed after the fee is collected. How to cancel or reschedule?
